Creamy Blue Cheese Dip
10 minutes to prepare serves 4
- 2/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk or milk
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until blended. For a smoother dip, use food processor.
- Pour into an air-tight container and store in the fridge, letting everything marinate for at least an hour, but ideally up to 24 hours.
- Use as a dip for wings, veggies, or anything else! Store leftovers in the fridge.
